This is our first newsletter in a little while, so we wanted to re-introduce ourselves. Friends of Swift is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that raises funds to support, enhance, and build the school community at George B. Swift Specialty School. You can support our work here and simply reply to this email if you would like to get involved with Friends of Swift! UPCOMING EVENTS Friends of Swift will be hosting a Fall Potluck on this coming Friday, September 22, 2023 at 2-4 PM at Swift! There will be music, food, and great company. Please sign up to help! Our families, teachers, staff, and of course kids had lots of fun at the back-to-school bash on August 16. Friends of Swift was pleased to support the bash by funding a bouncy castle for the event. We look forward to more community events and opportunities to support Swift. Friends of Swift has also been helping to collect school supplies for all Swift students at the start of the year, as well as other critically needed items for our new refugee neighbors.
